1) Choose a job description from the internet. Please choose a job description that is of interest to you post-graduation and that you are qualified for. Include the job description on a second page with your submission.
2) Put yourself in the shoes of the employee! Based on the three different triangles that comprise employee behavior, and utilizing company research (website, information from credible sources online, etc.), discuss using terms from the book each component and what you feel would cause the best BEHAVIOR from you.
***Be realistic. For example, an entry-level management position out of college most likely won’t pay $100k. By researching the company, utilizing sources such as glassdoor.com, among many others, you will find that the compensation for that specific role may only be $50k.
